Well she may be yours…but there is no reason I can’t roleplay as her

Dusk is a better character than Andrea is, considering she’s a real nation and not religious!

Wait, you said yesterday that the original Dusk/Cherokee character inspired you to create this character.

And now you turn around and say ‘lol no, I’m actually stealing taking the wheel of another person’s fan character and hard labour of writing and research’?

You now have a lot going against you right now by doing this, you understand?

Of course she inspired me! She inspired me to make Dusk once again~

Research isn’t hard, I don’t need to do much after all

And what do you mean…? I know some people are mad, but they should just be happy to have Dusk again!

 What I’m sure everyone is trying to explain to you is:

-This is not your character, and you do not have permission to roleplay as them.

With genuine hetalia characters it’s okay to roleplay as them. It’s not like we’d expect you to go up to Himaruya  and ask him if you could please roleplay England.

But Original Characters are completely different. They are created and OWNED via COPYRIGHT by their creators. And it’s incredibly rude and inconsiderate that you did not even ask permission to use this character.

It’s nice that you like her a lot. It’s nice that she has inspired you. The fact of the matter is if you had just gone and ASKED for permission, explained why you want to use her… Well then you probably would have gotten permission right away!

But no. You’ve taken this character without any permission and through definition this is stealing. And it’s upsetting to the original creator.

I realize you don’t mean to be ‘stealing’, but you’ve gone about this all wrong. I think you just need to apologize because it’s not like you’re intentionally trying to be mean.

But please remember in future. Ask first, okay?
